Tell us what the problem looks like
The more specific the description, the more useful the first reply will be. A budget line you cannot explain is a better starting point than a general inquiry.
What happens next
We read it and reply with either a direct answer, a question that narrows it down, or an honest note that it is outside what we practice. There is no intake sequence and nobody will call you about a webinar.
Useful things to include
- Building type, approximate size and age
- Whether operations are in house, contracted or mixed
- The number or line item that prompted the question
- Any assessment or audit done in the last five years
Before you write
If you are early in thinking this through, the Insights pages cover the questions we get asked most, in more depth than an email exchange usually allows.
